Terms of Service
This is a general draft that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. The bracketed parts will be completed.
1. Who we are
The PMM Partners service (“Service”) at partner.pmm.mt is operated by [PMM legal entity name, registered office, company registration number] (“we”, “PMM”). By creating an account you (“Publisher”) enter into an agreement with us on these terms.
2. The Service
The Service lets you register websites you operate so that we can serve advertising on them through our technology and our advertising partners. Registering a website does not create any right to approval or to any revenue.
3. Your obligations
- You may only register websites you own or are authorised to operate.
- Your website content must be lawful and must not contain material that our advertising partners do not accept (in particular adult content, hate speech, illegal or misleading content, copyright infringement).
- You must not generate or allow invalid traffic (bots, automatic reloading, paid or incentivised clicks or impressions) and must not modify our code.
- You are responsible for placing our code and ads.txt on your website and for the operation of your website, including informing visitors and obtaining their consent where the law requires it.
- You keep your login details safe and you are responsible for any activity under your account.
4. Our rights
We may approve or reject any website, and suspend or end serving ads on any website or terminate your account at any time, with or without giving a reason. We may change, limit or discontinue the Service.
5. No guarantee
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any amount of revenue, fill rate or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost revenue or loss of data, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to [amount]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the account settings. We may terminate the agreement in accordance with section 4. Sections 5 and 6 survive termination.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. We will ask you to accept the new version when you next log in; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by [governing law]. Disputes will be resolved by [competent courts].
