1. Controller

2. What data we process

• Account data: e-mail address, password (stored only as a secure one-way hash), preferred language, date of consent to the terms.
• Websites you register and the results of our automatic checks (our code and ads.txt on the website).
• Technical data: IP address in short-term memory to protect against abuse (it is not stored in the database), and server logs.

3. Why and on what legal basis

• Providing the Service and communicating with you about your account and websites – performance of the agreement.
• Security of the Service and prevention of abuse – our legitimate interest.

4. Who processes the data for us

Hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). E-mail delivery: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Your data are processed within the European Union. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep the data

For the duration of your account. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data without undue delay; records of websites without personal data may be kept for up to 30 days for technical reasons. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 48 hours.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can change or delete most of your data yourself in the account settings, or contact us.

7. Cookies

We use only one technically necessary cookie to keep you logged in (and one to remember the language you choose). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
